To be successful, we can’t be afraid to ask questions. Just when we think we have it all figured out, something happens to remind us how little we actually know. This is a philosophy Bryan Offray, Retail Sales Manager, lives by. He feels fortunate to be part of the talented Warmers.com team. “You have to learn from the best to be the best,” he shares. “I learn something new every day.”
Since making the transition from Distribution Center Manager earlier this year, he works very hard to focus on immediate tasks and believes day-to-day challenges make him stronger. “I manage sales and service operations for E-Commerce,” Bryan explains. “I ensure targeted direct selling and fulfillment objectives are achieved.” His goal as a Sales Representative is to provide vision, focus, synergy, and productivity while inspiring teamwork and dedication in his co-workers. He enjoys providing comfort solutions and figuring out the best way to accomplishing that.
Proud father of two, Bryan appreciates time spent with his family—trying new foods and working out with his beautiful wife; playing Basketball with his son; and testing the creative and intellectual limits of his 10 year old daughter, who has the mentality of a 35 year old. The zealous basketball fan has been spotted in the warehouse working to perfect his dance moves while rocking out to ‘N Sync. When asked to confirm this rumor, Bryan was unavailable for comment.
